"My approach to designing the Soothsayers Hovel was quite simple as I wanted a standard small building that, when seen as multiples on the table, would look quite natural. I also wanted the design to reflect the feeling of a small primitive community, so this meant keeping the design somewhat restrained. Hagglethorn Hollow was always designed with the idea of being able to clearly see visual progression within the township and hierarchy on the tabletop. The design goal of the Hovels was so that if they were to be placed on the very outskirts of your city, it would feel that you are working your way through the hierarchy of the town, with these being at the lower end of that hieratical tier".
